These are our proud log-cultivated shiitake mushrooms, available for a limited time from November to March.Its greatest features are the rich aroma, which comes directly from the farm, and its surprisingly thick, chewy texture.We grill your order over charcoal in a shichirin (small charcoal grill) right in front of you, ensuring it's served piping hot.The price varies from 220 to 550 yen (tax included) per piece, depending on the size.
